Career guidance cell (CGC) of gurukulam is a dynamic body functioning to provide wholesome development to students, giving utmost importance to various factors resulting in the success at the beginning of a professional career and higher studies. This has been done through three factors Education, Entrepreneurship and Employment.. For the students who are interested to write competitive exams, special programs like NAANDI are designed. To empower the students, the entrepreneur cell instructs them towards the opportunities available.
CGC: Functioning And Out Comes Related To EEE
The CGC will be monitored & organised by a co ordinator ,Asst co ordinator & members who are the faculty of the college.
The first year B.A students will be given English coaching daily one hour as part of employability training.
The second & Third year students will have sessions on logical reasoning b& aptitude.

Education
Higher education is viewed as a source of great potential for the socio-economic and cultural development of the country. Students are the central part of learning process ,they not only require quality education but also effective and latest means of learning to have a better knowledge , command on what they are studying currently ,so they will be able to apply that knowledge in their future also. To boost their knowledge in aptitude, Reasoning, current affairs, GK, General studies etc;
Employment
- For the students who are looking for Job opportunities after Graduation we are giving coaching in a full fledged manner.
- We are providing 100 hours coaching for Arithmetic and reasoning, communicative english, soft skills and computer skills.
- Under our guidance our students regularly go through the notifications and have applied for many reputed companies like TCS and they qualified written exam and have reached interview level.
- We train our students to confidently face the interviews by regular conducting the sessions of mock interviews and group discussions.
Entrepreneurship
- Our students who are interested in entrepreneurship have been given the responsibility to organise s-mall in our college. So that they can develop their business skills.
- We are providing regular updates on financial support schemes provided by government or any other welfare societies.
